Return And Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping Insurance).
All damages, defects or missing components must be clearly communicated to our customer service representative, within 15 days of receipt of your order. Photos and/or videos are important for our representatives to assist you and provide a speedy resolution.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which they were received for a full refund.
Starting a Refund
1. Email our customer service representatives, provide a description of your issue, along with photos and/or videos. If we have enough information for your request, an RMA number and returning address will be emailed to return your order. Items returned to us without notification and/or a RMA number will not be accepted. Most of our products are custom orders, we cannot accept returns based on a return request of; You No Longer Need the Unit, You Found a Better Price or That it Arrived Late by the Courier.
2. When shipping your order back to our warehouse, please include your information inside the container and please use a carrier who can provide you tracking information. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees; includes any duties/taxes resulting from the return of the product, if applicable.
3. Upon arrival, we will inspect and test (if applicable) your order to ensure everything works properly. If the item has been used and shows signs of wear and tear, then a store credit will be issued instead. ATY reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 10% on returned items.
4. A full, partial refund or store credit will be issued, upon the inspection of your return.
