If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products from the date of delivery (excluding Shipping Insurance). For additional information on returns, please check our dedicated return page.
All damaged, defect or missing components must be clearly communicated to our customer service representative, within 15 days of receipt of your order. Photos and/or videos are important for our representatives to assist you and provide a speedy resolution.
To qualify for a return, items must be shipped back in their original packaging, unused and unworn, with all tags and labels intact, and in the same condition as when they were received for a full refund.
Please note that customized orders cannot be returned due to the costs associated with their production. This includes chandelier orders with custom handblown glass and/or suspension cable lengths, which are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, our No Return policy applies to light fixtures made to custom specifications.
Initiating a Refund
- Please email our customer service team with a description of your issue, along with any relevant photos or videos. If we have sufficient information regarding your request, we will email you an RMA number and the return address for your order. Items returned without prior notification and/or an RMA number will not be accepted. Since most of our products are custom orders, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as no longer needing the item, finding a better price, or late delivery by courier.
- When returning your order to our warehouse, please include your information inside the package and use a carrier that provides tracking. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or taxes related to the return of the product.
- Once your returned item arrives, we will inspect and tested (if applicable). You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the eligibility criteria previously outlined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within seven business days. However, if the item has been used and shows signs of wear and tear, then a full, partial refund or store credit will be issued based on its condition. ATY reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 10% on returned items.
- Once your returned item arrives, we will inspect and test it (if applicable). You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return. We do not reimburse installation costs, or any other expenses incurred by the customer related to the products we sell under any circumstances. The maximum refund will be limited to the full amount of the original purchase.
Order Cancelations
Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that it can be canceled. We strive to ship orders quickly, and once the order is handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, returnable items can be returned upon receipt according to the policies outlined above.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the item under the same conditions as outlined for returns, and then place a new order.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged item, please accept the package regardless of its condition. We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you encounter a damaged or defective item, please use the contact page to notify us immediately. Photographic evidence will be required for the replacement of any parts or the entire order, as applicable. To qualify for a replacement due to damage incurred during shipment, this must be reported within 5 days due to time restrictions on insurance claims.
