SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ATY Home Décor offers FREE shipping on all orders.  Our Made-to-Order chandeliers have an average production time of 7-10 business days, and shipped via an express carrier; FedEx, UPS, or DHL, please allow 5-9 business days for delivery.  

Our smaller fixtures and pendants are typically ready to be shipped after order processing and are shipped Standard Shipping of 14-30 days. 

Timelines given are estimates.  Actual shipping times may vary based on item availability, size, and the destination country. Rest assured; our team is committed to shipping your items as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY CHANGES
You can change the delivery address for an order until it ships. 

ORDER STATUS
Once your order has shipped, we will email you tracking information.  If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information. You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders on atyhomedecor.com. 

TARIFFS AND CUSTOMS
We manufacture and sell products from around the world. Orders may be shipped from various countries and could incur tariffs, customs, or duty fees imposed by your home country.  Our low prices, and free shipping do not include the payment of these fees.

ASSEMBLY
We want to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your recent purchase from ATY Home Decor. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality products and minimizing shipping costs, some items may require assembly upon arrival, due to the fragility of their materials and their assembled size.  Rest assured that our products are designed with easy assembly in mind.  If you encounter any difficulties or have questions during assembly, our customer support team is here to assist you.
