Beautiful Product

The customer service was fantastic and they were very responsive to questions. The product arrived, as indicated, disassembled. The packaging was done so well that not a single piece of glass was broken during delivery. The light was easy to assemble once we studied the visual instructions that were included. It is a piece of art so it will take a few hours to assemble it, as you need to step back, look at it, and add more pieces were needed. It will not look exactly like the picture because, again, it is a piece of art. It is a stunning light fixture in our entry way and causes everyone to stop and admire it. I am delighted with this piece of art.
