LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

This chandelier is gorgeous. It's been a huge crowd pleaser so far. It looks so much better in person. I was completely confused about the dimmable vs. not dimmable. I ordered dimmable which can't be used with a dimmer switch but comes with a remote. I did have to contact customer service about some chipped crystals. They responded within a few hours and mailed me extra crystals after I sent them some pictures. I would absolutely order this chandelier again and order from this website.
